Delphi launches new range of lightweigt prefabricated turbocharge.

The market for automotive turbochargers is growing damatically, particularly in the light industry, where vehicle manufactures use turbocharging technology to meet the latest emission standards.

Currently, many manufacturers and distributors of turbos have a policy of "new only" when replacing the variable geometry turbos failed. This is due to the complex and specialized nature of the repaurs. Delphi has more than 40 years of experience in refurbishment and understands the complexities involved reacondecimiento during the high-thech product. We have used this experience to ensure product quality reconditioned, using components and production processes equivalent to OE.

Each unit is shipped with the asparugus and provides complete mounted with a mounting kit that includes gaskets, lubricant preparation and specific installation instructions when necessary.

With a guarantee provided by Delphi, for 12 months wth unlimited mileage.

Acceptance Criteria "helmets" of turbochangers.

For the reconstruction porceso funtion properly and maintain a competitive price level, the quality of the "helmet" that Delphi receives the market is crucial.

To assist customers in the proper return, then we detail certain cases considrean unacceptable for acceptance. If any of therse are noticed defects, the payment of the surcharge (surcharge of 60€) will not run. 

Cases of the following conditions will not be accepted therefore not paid:

-Turbo incomplete.

-Turbo disassembled or partially disassembled.

-Impared

-Shaft failure.

-Case intake/exhaust broken.
